How much does calmo.cloud cost?
Free covers one server and one Odoo. Starter is €29 a month for two servers, Pro €49 and Agency €199 for as many servers as you run. Paid yearly, every plan costs ten months for twelve: €290, €490 and €1,990.
Is there a fee per user?
No. Odoo users are never counted, and from Starter on neither are the people in your calmo.cloud team.
What if I need more servers?
Pro and Agency have no server limit. Unlimited is meant for real use, up to about a hundred servers per team; if you run more, Enterprise gives you a price for your fleet. Free and Starter stay at one and two servers.
What does Agency add?
What you need to host Odoo for clients: share each client's Odoo with the client's own team, start new clients from a provisioning template, priority support and a personal onboarding. Starter and Pro can share with two other teams, enough to let your agency or one client in. Odoos others share with you are free to use on every plan.
What does the server itself cost?
That depends on the provider and the size you pick. Hetzner cloud servers suitable for a small team start at about €5.49 a month; the calculator above suggests a size for your user count and shows the current public price.
How does that compare with Odoo.sh?
Odoo.sh charges per worker, per staging environment and per GB of storage, with dedicated hosting on top above eight workers. The calculator puts both side by side for your user count, and the comparison page goes through the details.
Do I need an Odoo Enterprise licence?
calmo.cloud runs Odoo Enterprise, so you bring your own licence. Self-hosting needs Odoo's Custom plan, the same plan Odoo.sh requires, so the licence line is identical on every column of the calculator.
