Teams Overview

Teams are the organizational unit in calmo.cloud. Every resource — servers, services, addons, backups, and settings — belongs to a team. This makes it easy to manage access and keep things organized.

What is a team? #

A team is like a workspace or organization. It contains:

• Members — People who can access and manage resources
• Servers — Connected infrastructure
• Odoos — Running Odoo instances (services)
• Repositories — Connected GitHub addon sources
• Settings — SSH keys, backup destinations, monitoring configuration

Creating a team #

Teams are created by calmo.cloud when your organisation is onboarded: the team's owner receives an e-mail invitation, creates their account and completes the Set up your team wizard. There is no self-service team creation — if you need an additional team, get in touch with calmo.cloud.

Switching between teams #

If you belong to multiple teams, you can switch between them using the team selector in the top-left corner of the dashboard. Each team has its own completely separate set of resources.

Team settings #

Each team has its own settings area where you can manage:

• Team profile — Name and slug
• Members — Invite and manage team members
• Infrastructure — SSH keys, backup destinations, monitoring
• GitHub — GitHub App installation for addon access
